The versatile actor, as per TOI, charges a massive Rs 64 crore as his remuneration for each film. Mohanlal has delivered many hits in his career including Thoovanathumbikal, Kireedam, Kamaladalam, Gandhinagar 2nd Street, Pakshe and many more.

It is stated that Ajith had asked for Rs 100 crore as his fee for AK 62 to which the production house added Rs 5 crore more to have the star onboard as the film’s lead. The actor has been honoured with various awards including four Vijay Awards, three Cinema Express Awards, three Filmfare Awards South and three Tamil Nadu State Film Awards.

Joseph Vijay Chandrasekhar, also known as Thalapathy Vijay, works predominantly in Tamil cinema, as well appears in various other Indian languages films. According to TOI, the actor takes a remuneration of Rs 20 crore per film, having earned himself the credibility of being one of the most bankable actors in the industry.

Having starred in more than 200 films, Kamal Haasan is one of the most popular Indian actors of all time. The actor primarily works in Tamil cinema and has also worked in Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, and Bengali films. Kamal Haasan reportedly charges Rs 25 crore per film, according to TOI.

Popularly known for his blockbuster release KGF: Chapter 1, Yash is a pan-India star who charges Rs 20 crore as his remuneration for a film. With a net worth of $7 million (approx Rs 53 crores), per Asianet News, Yash enjoys a luxurious lifestyle and lives with his family in a lavish duplex in Bangalore.

Known as one of the biggest action stars in the South film industry, Jr NTR is the grandson of legendary Telugu actor and politician N.T. Rama Rao. According to a report in DNA, the RRR star charges a hefty sum of Rs 45 crore per film.


9.Ram Charan
Currently riding high on the success of his career’s biggest hit RRR, Ram Charan received a paycheck of Rs 45 crore for essaying the role of Alluri Sitarama Raju in the film, as per DNA. He’s also known for his powerful performance in films like Magadheera (2009), Zanjeer (2013) and Rangasthalam (2018).

A pan-India star and one of the highest-paid actors, Prabhas charges approximately Rs 80-85 crore per film, according to TOI. The actor earned worldwide popularity with his blockbuster film Baahubali. Interestingly, before the release of the film, Prabhas was charging Rs 7 crore as his remuneration.


11.Mahesh Babu
Hailed as one of the biggest Tollywood stars, Mahesh Babu takes home a whopping remuneration of Rs 45 crore for his films. In his career, the actor has delivered various hits including Nenokkadine, Athadu, Pokiri, Dookudu, Srimanthudu and more.
